Governing Law: This User Agreement is between you and Absolookley ltd and is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Age of consent: By purchasing products from Absolookley ltd you are making a lawful declaration that you are 18 years of age or above and have the lawful right to purchase adult products in your area or community. We will refuse any order or forum content entry from people who are deemed to be below the age of 18 or deemed by us for it to be inappropriate for that Human Being to receive such material.

You have the sole responsibility for all actions you undertake on this website. You must make every effort to keep your password safe and should not disclose it to anyone. If it is compromised, you must change it. You must not permit (either directly or indirectly) anyone to use your account.

All models, actors and participants used on our web-site, store and any of our marketing material are verified over the age of 18. All and any product testing has been carried out on Humans; no experiments or product tests have been carried out on animals.

Our online store content may not be modified, copied, transmitted, distributed, sold, displayed, licensed or reproduced in any way by you. We recommend if you want to copy stuff don’t, If you need to use something from our online store or anything else we do, just ask.

We cannot be held responsible for any content of external linked internet sites.

Delivery

No contract will officially exist between yourself and Absolookley ltd. until your parcel has been despatched.

The delivery time stated in which you will receive your order is approximate. All goods will be sent to the delivery address given by you and stated in the order confirmation. Please note, it may be necessary on occasion to send your goods to you in instalments. You will not be charged additional postage in this event.

We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control.

If you are purchasing from outside the EU region your purchase will be subject to that country's tax and import duty, we recommend that you check with your country’s authorities if you are not sure what these additional costs would be.

All returns sent back to us for any reason are made at the customers own expense,

When shipping goods across international man-made borders they are liable to be opened for inspection by customs authorities. If seized by your local customs office, we will not be liable to refund or replace the order in any part.

All the items manufactured and sold by Absolookley ltd are for novelty purposes only and Absolookley ltd or any associated companies will take no responsibility for any personal injury or harm caused in any way to any person by the use of any product sold and that the user is solely responsible for their own use and safety.

Force Majeure

Is in place freeing both parties from liability or obligation should an extraordinary event or circumstance beyond the control of the parties, such as a war, strike, riot, crime, or an event described by the legal term act of God (such as hurricane, flooding, earthquake, volcanic eruption, etc.), preventing one or both parties from fulfilling their obligations under the contract.

Force majeure clauses do not excuse a party's non-performance entirely, but merely suspends it for the duration of the force majeure.
